I have written free-verse poetry most of my adult life. It's the best way I know to dive into my depths, and at the same time, to "interface" with the world. It ranges from calm reflections on the natural world to biting rages about the state of that world. It doesn't concern itself with rhyme and meter, but honesty and authenticity.
